Q: Do you charge any fees? Am I required to sign a monthly contract?
No! Super Mobile Solutions will never charge you any fees, or require you to sign a contract. Super Mobile Solutions is a Pay-As-You-Go service. To use our service you need only purchase credits sufficient to pay for the texts you wish to send.
Q: How long may I save my purchased credits?
Purchased credits are valid as long as your account remains active. Should you not have sent a text message for longer than 6 months your account will be de-activated but only after 3 reminder messages have been sent to you.

Yes! That is exactly what Super Mobile Solutions is for. We allow you to create and sort your contacts into lists in order to send Group/Bulk messages with the click of a single button.

Q: How do I purchase credits?
If you are logged in to the website, all you need to do to purchase credits is click on the link labeled “Buy More Credits.” You will be taken to our secure payment server. You will be asked to fill out a short form. Your payment will be processed and the credits will be added to your account within a few hours. We accept Visa, Mastercard. To protect your security, we do not store your credit card information.
Q: How many characters may I include in a text message?
Unlike other websites, Super Mobile Solutions offers you as many characters as you wish, however every 160 charcter will be calculated as 1 sms. up to 160. Please keep a couple of things in mind. 1) Username counts against the usable characters. And 2) Some characters limit messages to 140 characters, so if your message is sent to one of those characters anything past 140 characters would be cut off from your message.
Q: How long does it take to deliver a Text Message?
Text Messages are usually delivered to mobile phones in a few seconds to a few minutes. During peak hours, there could be a short delay. Please note that additional delays may occur if recipient’s phone is turned off or out of the coverage area. When this happens a carrier will attempt to deliver your message for up to 72 hours.

Q: How come some of my contacts didn’t receive a text that I sent them?
Reasons that a recipient may not receive a text message include (but are not limited to): memory full, out of network, and a number typed incorrectly.
Q: Can you guarantee delivery of every Text Message that I send?
No. As text messaging is a store-and-forward technology dependent on carriers and their networks, it is impossible to guarantee delivery of a text message, however we have a 98% delivery rate. There are many reasons as to why a message might not be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to: insufficient credits, incorrect profile settings, invalid numbers, no operator coverage, a required feature not supported etc.It is especially important to note that forcing an unregistered Sender ID can cause delivery failures as this feature is not supported by all network operators
Q: Do I pay for Text Messages that my recipients do not receive?
Yes. We charge you one credit every time our system sends a text message on your behalf, as we are charged every time we pass your message through our SMS Gateway.
Q: Where is my data stored?
When you create an S.M.S account we store your information on our secure web server. No one has access to your data (personal information and your contacts). If you would like to share the data in your account with someone else, you may choose to provide them with your login information
